Myall River Camp is situated along the banks of the Myall River at Hawks Nest on the NSW Mid North Coast

DIRECTIONS TO MYALL RIVER CAMP

To arrive at Myall River Camp from the South use Pacific Highway A1:

  • From the highway, look for the road sign to “Tea Gardens/Hawks Nest” and turn right onto Myall Way.
  • After 6.6 km continue straight onto Tea Gardens Road.
  • After 1.3km continue straight onto Myall Street.
  • After 3.8km continue straight onto Kingfisher Avenue.
  • After 350m turn left onto Mungo Brush Road.
  • At 3km you will see the Myall River Camp signage, turn left into the Myall River Camp access road.
  • The camp office is about 100m along the access road.

To arrive at Myall River Camp from the North use Pacific Highway A1:

  • From the highway, look for the road sign to “Tea Gardens/Hawks Nest” and turn left onto Myall Way.

PLEASE NOTE:
The section of Bombah Point Road, between Conglomerate Road and Foreshore Track is unsealed.

The Bombah Point Ferry crossing operates from 8am to 6pm daily. Fees apply. Cash payment only.

Under strong winds, the ferry may be closed. See further details at Myall Lakes National Park. If arriving via this route, we recommend you check ahead that the ferry is running by calling 1300 PARKS.
 

To arrive, via this alternate route North of Buladelah, you will still travel via a section of the Pacific Highway A1:

  • From the highway, look for the road sign to “Buladelah” and take the Buladelah Way exit to the left.
  • After 450m, at the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Buladelah Way.
  • After 500m, continue straight to stay on Buladelah Way.
  • After 2.1km turn left onto Crawford Street.
  • After 120m Turn Left onto Ann Street.
  • In 550m continue onto Bombah Point Road.
  • After 15km, take the Bombah Point Ferry to cross the lake.
  • Once you have crossed the Lake, continue straight onto Mungo Brush Road.
  • After 22 km and you will see the Myall River Camp signage, turn right into the Myall River Camp access road.
  • The camp office is about 100m along the access road.
