HOW TO PURCHASE A GIFT VOUCHER

  1. Insert the name and contact details for the Recipient. Alternatively, you can enter your own contact details if you would prefer to deliver the gift in your own time.
  2. Enter the value of the gift voucher and select ‘Add to cart’.
  3. Enter the name and contact details of the Purchaser.
  4. Complete the payment details.
  5. Read and agree to the booking terms and conditions.
  6. Select ‘process credit card’.
  7. The gift voucher will be sent to the email address submitted for the recipient.

HOW TO REEDEEM A GIFT VOUCHER

Newbook Gift Vouchers can be redeemed by:

  • booking online and selecting ‘Redeem Gift Voucher’ in the payment section of the checkout page, or
  • sending an email to: enquiries@myallrivercamp.com.au
    with dates and accommodation preferences.

GiftUp Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed by:

GIFT VOUCHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

Gift Vouchers can be used for stays in our Glamping Tents, Tiny Houses or Campsites.

  • A two-night minimum stay applies.
  • Gift Vouchers have an expiry date of 36 months from date of purchase.
  • Gift Vouchers cannot be replaced or extended.
  • Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and are not refundable.
  • Gift Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  • If there is a balance remaining on the Gift Voucher after the initial redemption, then it will be held in credit for use until the expiry date on the voucher.
  • Once redeemed, our Cancellation Policy applies to any bookings made – Read our policy.
